Abstract
Since the modern movement, 'flexibility' has become one of the most appealing words in architecture and today's modern society needs buildings that can fit itself with technological advances and, consequently, modern user needs. And the need to maximize the use of limited space that is one of the axioms of today's society has attracted attention to the concept of flexibility and the effort to achieve a flexible environment. In the meantime, the efforts made to achieve flexibility in some cases have led to the creation of spaces with incomplete functional characteristics or the neglect of spatial quality. This paper focuses on the concept of flexibility as a fundamental prerequisite for residential architectural in order to extend its life cycle design, through strategies and constructive solutions that ensure both the convertibility of the space in response to changing usage and the use of building materials that encourage the reversibility and the long-term easy maintenance of the technological choices that have been implemented. The flexibility of the user's creature and the flexibility of the creature's architect. It is not necessarily a way to achieve flexibility through a form or a steady rotation path, but it can be by organizing the spaces effectively and giving the user the right to choose between spaces, as well as the clever use of building systems that support multi-functionality of the space. They achieved spatial flexibility. The purpose of this research is to study the idea of spatial flexibility in a library, documentary and overview method. Also, the challenges ahead in achieving the flexibility of spaces and providing solutions for space flexibility by examining some of the historical examples implemented in architectural flexibility is to find a pattern for designing spaces.

Abstract
This research probes the performance of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, with a focus on its compliance with Thailand's environmental safety and standards and its potential environmental impact in the area. Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate is a major industrial estate and the most prominent international port located in Rayong province, eastern Thailand. It started its operation in 1988 and still in use today. Between 2007 to 2012, coastal seawater and sediment samples were collected and analyzed. The samples were collected from various pollution emitting point sources of interest. Coastal environmental changes and marine ecology changes were observed, compared, and analyzed. Contour maps representing several crucial water quality parameters with trend analysis comparing every data with time-series trend and location were also visualized on the system. These parameters were selected based on their impact on the environment and living species and the information they gave when a change in the level of each parameter occurs. The coastal environment in the dry season was generally better than in the rainy season, impacting the amount of land contamination leaking into the coastal areas. This research also studied the level of mercury and arsenic, in sediment and seawater. These pollutions can have severe consequences if not treated properly. However, Map Ta Phut's pollutions mostly stayed within Thailand's standard during the period of this study.

Abstract
This work investigates the influence of class observation by an outside observer on the interaction in the class environment between teacher and learners which can cause the efficiency of class and learning process. To this end, 90 English language learners at a pre-intermediate level were selected from an English Language Institute in Tehran (Safir) based on Oxford Placement Test (OPT) and were distributed into two groups of 45, one as the control group and the other as the experimental one. Each of the groups was also divided into three classes of 15. Three teachers taught both the control group and the experimental one. The classes in the control experimental were observed by the institute supervisor for 3 times during the term while the classes in the control group were not. At the end of the term, a questionnaire developed based on Brown’s (2001) framework adopted from Moskowitz (1971), known as Foreign Language Interaction Analysis (FLINT) was distributed to the study participants in both groups, to which they were supposed to provide answers on a five-point Likert Scale: (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) no opinion, (4) agree, or (5) strongly agree. Both the descriptive and the inferential statistical analyses of the results of the study showed that the classes observed by an outsider outperformed the classes without observation with respect to interaction between the students and the teacher. Furthermore, the analysis of the focus group interview done on both experiment and control group showed that the classes on with observation were more interactive than the one without observation.

Abstract
Recently, Iranians are getting through the critical economic situation in which many businesses are affected. In such economic disturbance, it is the main concern of most companies to reduce expenses by any means available to survive and overcome stagnation. Organizations have to utilize expense reduction approaches and introduce services with minimum cost. Amongst these, banks and financial institutions also have utilized e-banking methods for reducing expenses to survive and expanding their activities in domestic and overseas markets. Since the mere presence of customer has some expenses for banks, developing electronic bank services and consequently presenting services such as internet banking is a good approach for reducing expenses, increasing banking operations' speed, introducing various services, and expanding the availability of banking services, attracting customers and increased earnings. This study determines effective parameters on e-banking education using social networks' capacities and addresses following factors as major parameters: E-banking software infrastructure, E-banking hardware infrastructure, responsiveness toward the customer, customer support, and transaction security.

Abstract
All points of tax optimization involve the competent use of tools allowed under Russia current legislation. They do not involve fraud or concealment of income, but, nevertheless, will significantly reduce the actual tax burden. For each tax, as well as for simplified tax systems, there is more than one possibility of legal tax optimization, which is a competent separation of business, as well as all business transactions. Such possibilities of optimization are allowed by law, however, have a number of restrictions.
The key problem of optimizing the tax burden is the high awareness of tax inspectors regarding the main schemes of optimizing the tax burden. A separate set of problems is the underestimation of the awareness of tax inspectors, as well as the seriousness of the trials, which inevitably leads to significant losses.

Keywords: Pricing bubble; Margin Profit smoothing; stock price in the market; Operational profit smoothing.
Abstract
The research investigates the effect of profit smoothing on the formation of the pricing bubble, through the assessment of three hypotheses including profit smoothing and operating profit as independent variables while the pricing bubble as a dependent variable. Research population in this study is 856 corporations accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange and the sample size is 128 accepted corporations from 2012 to 2016 that have been sampled using Eckel model (coefficient of changes distribution for periodic of profit/sale). The research methodology is descriptive-measuring and relationships between variables are correlative-casualty. The research aim is application oriented. The F statistic test is used to simultaneously evaluate multiple model terms, at 5% significant level. It is found that profit smoothing, margin profit, and proceed profit do not have meaningful effects on the formation of a pricing bubble. Based on the received conclusions of the hypotheses it is suggested that managers shouldn`t use the methods of falsifications because it will cause pricing bubble creation and impair balance in the stock exchange market and shareholders and stock purchasers should consider falsification and profit smoothing by managers to invest in a stock.
